Online Store Returns Policy

We are passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is the wrong size or not what you were expecting, you will need to have Emailed our customer service with a completed copy of the returns form (as seen below) and sent to customer service team within 15 days of purchasing your item. After 15 days we are happy to swap sizes of items but will not issue a refund for non-faulty items after this time frame. Please note that all items that are returned must still be in original packaging and tags must be attached to the garments, items must be unworn, unwashed, no blemishes and no distinct odor or items covered in hair and with no signs of wear if the returned items fail this tests the items will be returned back to you and no refund will be issued. Also, any items purchased on sale or using a discount will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping cost is non-refundable. When sending an item back to our warehouse the cost of the returns will not be covered, However, We will cover the cost to send the item back to you. Please ensure you track your return as we do not take responsibility for items going missing or being lost before they reach our warehouse.

 

Faulty items

We have high expectations for all our products and would hate for you to ever receive something that was faulty, please fill out the Returns form and attach pictures of the fault with a brief description. Please note that all faulty items will undergo inspection upon return, any items that have been mistreated and or not followed the care instructions located on the care tag on the garment will not be issued a refund or exchange.

It can take up to 5-7 days for the refund to appear back into your Bank account we cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.

 

International Customers

We are not responsible for tax and charges you may encounter on your end, by your government as we cannot pay these fees. Thank you.
